Can’t they get someone more eloquent?

I’m watching this talkshow on Channel U now, called Shoot. And I’m wondering (as the guest speaker speaks), why can’t the management get someone better? Someone who can speak properly and more eloquently. The first guest speaker cannot even speak Chinese properly to save his ass. For goodness sake, he’s 23 years old but yet he can’t pronounce 网(wang) and 人 (ren). Instead he said “wan” and (this takes the cake!) “LEN” (leng without the g). *shudders in fright*

And get people who can truly represent the Singaporean masses. Why get a Chinese man from China who do not speak like most of us?! His views are not in sync with Singaporean youth at all. No other Singaporeans to take his place?
