i’ve decided to work out at least thrice a week. since starting on diane35, i’ve gained at least 4kg and i’ve been getting so heavy that a little walk and talk at the same time, gets me gasping for breath. this is bad. and CNY is just round the corner, all the relatives are going to visit and talk. especially this uncle of mine who always pokes fun at my family’s weight. grrr.
so i’ve made plans to visit the gombak stadium with dad 3 times a week, after work. and i’d consume less carbs (less rice for me!). anything to get my figure back!!! i hope my plan works.
