saturday saw us going to the Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant for dinner. The concept of the restaurant is quite unique, allowing diners to have a 360 degree view of the CBD area. According to the wait staff, an entire round takes 1 hour 45 mins.
we had these few dishes: peking duck, shredded scallops with egg white and fish, stir fried asparagus, and drunken live prawns. the shredded scallops was exceptionally good as it wasn’t too mushy and still had a fresh, sweet taste to it. just the right companion with white rice.
after dinner, we went to vivo city which was just nearby for some ice cream. decided on haagen dazs because B&J was super crowded. but it was still good… HD has got some decent ice cream too!
