Shanghai 2012 – Part 5

Completely forgotten to blog about the food in Shanghai till I saw the “lost” photos. There was one weekday where mum had to work, and left sis and myself to our own devices. So we went out to the city, hoping to shop and grab lunch. We went to a shopping centre at the end of 人民广场 and went to one of the restaurants that was having a 50% discount lunch promotion.

The next day, we decided to just hang out near home and went to Thumb Plaza, about 15 mins walk away. Gosh, lunch that day was so expensive (compared to the dim sum lunch). That night, we warned mum and her colleagues not to go there for a ‘simple’ meal.
